This program is for you that want to start yoga but never practised before.

Here we will teach you the basics, fundamental postures, breathing exercises and the most common practices. Everything you need to know to start your Yoga journey and understand a bit more of this universe.

We will guide you through different types of practices, from relaxing and restorative sessions to more sweaty and energetic classes, this way you can get to know different yoga styles, and later choose the one that fits your needs better.

DAY 1

BREATH AWARENESS

We start with a very gentle practice, where you gonna start bringing the attention to your breath, feel your body and learn a few basic movements. You will also get to know the abdominal breathing, a great technique to increase lungs capacity and keep healthy.

DAY 2

FUNDAMENTAL POSTURES

On day 2 the focus is to ground, working on standing postures and alignment, which are the foundation of our practice

DAY 3

FLOW

On day 3 we will flow more, synchronizing movement with breath in dynamic sequences such as the sun salutation. You will also learn the UJJAYI breath, the victorious breath of the yogis!

DAY 4

CORE & STRENGHT

On day 4 we will have a powerful flow, to work on strength, sweat a bit and do a body detox. Besides learning a new breathing exercise to purify the body.

DAY 5

RELAX & RESTORE

On Day 5 you will have a very relaxing session, and get to know more about restorative yoga.

DAY 6

BALANCE & FOCUS

Balance, not only physical but also mental, with postures that will test the focus of your attention and stability, and you will also get to know a breathing exercise that helps reduce stress and anxiety.

DAY 7

OPEN YOUR HEART

On the last day we will have a session dedicated to open the heart, focusing on backbending postures and opening the chest and shoulders
